Prepare for our season opener event, "What is to Come", from August 8th to 10th, 2025, at Camp Powhatan BSA in Hiwassee, VA.
Event Details:
Site Opens: Friday at 5:00 PM
Logistics Opens: Friday at 6:30 PM in the dining hall
Opening Ceremonies: Friday at 9:30 PM
Game On: Friday at 10:00 PM
Game Off: Sunday at 1:00 PM
Fees:
PC: $70 (Early Bird: Register and pay by August 1st to avoid the $80.00 full price—> this gives staff proper time to plan the best event!)
NPC: Free (Registration required)
2025 Season Membership: $20 (Required for all participants)
New Players: Enjoy a discounted rate of $20 for your first game, plus the $20 season membership.
Registration: Complete your registration and payment via the Alliance LARP CMA and our PayPal.

Meals: Provided by Mushy’s Mug N' Munch (menu to be announced near event start).
Important: Please ensure all armor, weapons, spell books, and tags are ready for inspection during check-in.
