Location: Camp Powhatan BSA 2600 Max Creek Rd, Hiwassee, VA 24347

Schedule Overview

Site Opens: 5:00 PM Friday (Staff at 1pm)

Logistics Opens: 8:30 PM

Logistics Closes: 9:55 PM

Opening Ceremonies / Lay-On: 10:00 PM

Game Off: Sunday, 12:00 PM

Site Cleared: 1:00 PM

Afters: TBD 1:30 PM Pulaski VA

Camp Layout & Logistics

Parking: Main lot only. Please leave the lower lot clear for emergency access and staff.

Player Cabins: Tipi & Cherokee (light green cabins)

Staff/NPC Cabins: #9 & #10 (yellow on map)

Tavern Building (Mushy’s Mug N’ Munch): #12

Bathrooms/Showers: Building #19

Meals Provided

Your game fee includes all meals:

  • Friday Night: Snacks and drinks.

  • Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner by Tavern Staff

  • Sunday: Light Breakfast Snacks: Available throughout the weekend in the tavern

Mushy’s Mug N’ Munch is always happy to feed the weary traveler—just don’t ask what’s in the stew.

Logistics Requirements

At check-in, please have the following ready:

  • All weapon reps for safety inspection

  • All magic item tags and phys reps (must be registered in the CMA)

  • Any armor or racial makeup for evaluation

  • New players should check in with the Plot Team or Head of Rules before proceeding to Logistics

Event Costs

PC Fee: $80 (Note no pre-reg discount)

NPC Fee: Free (CMA registration is still required)

Season Membership (2026): waived for 2026

New Player Discount: $20 for your first game!
